Refund Policy

If a paid product is not delivered or is materially not as described, Agent Build Kits will fix it or refund it.

The storefront promise is simple: buyers should receive the files they paid for and the files should match the public product framing closely enough to make the purchase fair. The refund lane is meant to keep risk understandable, not to turn a low-ticket product into an open-ended satisfaction guarantee for custom outcomes.

When a refund or fix is available

A refund or fix may be available if checkout completed but the product did not unlock correctly, or if the delivered files materially fail to match the public product framing.

In many cases the fastest resolution is a fix rather than a refund. If the wrong file was delivered or access failed, support will try to correct that first.

Agent Build Kits is meant to stay a low-touch digital-product business. That means clear remedies for clear storefront failures, not broad subjective support promises after successful delivery.

  • Fix broken access or delivery first when it can be resolved quickly
  • Refund when the problem cannot be fixed cleanly inside the stated window
  • Do not treat normal adaptation work as a refund trigger

How to request one

Email support@agentbuildkits.com within seven days of purchase with the product name, checkout email, and a short explanation of what went wrong.

If the issue is visual or access-related, include a screenshot. That makes it easier to verify the problem and resolve it quickly.

What is not covered

Refunds are not intended to cover buyer remorse after files are successfully delivered exactly as described, or cases where the buyer expected custom consulting, implementation, hand-holding, or guaranteed business outcomes from a low-ticket template purchase.
